Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires completion of Registered Nurse program and CA RN licensure.
• Minimum five years recent emergency department nursing or critical care experience, including 1 year supervisory experience.
• National certification in medical-surgical nursing and/or graduate of a relevant clinical nursing specialty.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coordinate patient care within the Emergency Department.
• Assist the Manager in the operations and departmental workflow.
• Direct supervision of licensed and non-licensed nursing staff; lead with strong communication and clinical leadership.
