Qualifications

• Completion of a Registered Nurse program; preference for BSN or MSN.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of recent medical/surgical nursing or critical care experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• National certification in medical-surgical nursing or critical care preferred.
• Current California Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Current AHA approved BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department clinical expert responsible for mentoring and training.
• Assist the Manager in the management of operations.
• Coordinate, implement, and supervise the delivery of patient care.
• Supervise all licensed and non-licensed personnel performing nursing services.
