Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure and maintain current practice.
• 2–5 years of recent medical/surgical or critical care experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• National certification in medical–surgical or critical care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coordinate care across units.
• Assist the Manager in operational management.
• Coordinate, implement and supervise the delivery of patient care.
• Direct supervision of licensed and non‑licensed staff.
