Qualificações

• Experience in a health care environment.
• Knowledge of Medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates excellent customer service to maintain positive patient relations.
• Communicates clearly, directly, and courteously with patients and families while maintaining confidentiality.
• Responds promptly to telephone calls and radiocommunications, following HIPAA guidelines.
