Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment.
• Venipuncture class within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet/assist people arriving at the unit using AIDET.
• Provide clerical and administrative support (data entry, inventory ordering, patient flow admissions/discharges).
• Support regulatory documentation and audit readiness.
