Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in Telemetry using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team to monitor patient status and communicate changes.
• Educate patients and families; guide and supervise other nursing staff while maintaining professional standards.
