Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Baptist Medical Center South in the United States to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, and to ensure quality patient care using the nursing process.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care, with potential for additional duties within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending upon area assigned.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Additional duties may be assigned within scope of the role.
