You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in critical care areas is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders with safety.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
