AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a PRN Night Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor to coordinate resources during unanticipated hospital situations and supervise staff to ensure patient care standards. You will review policies, collaborate with directors, and support nursing care through after-hours operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's of Nursing, Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and experience in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• RN license required and active in Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and coordinates resources for unanticipated hospital situations.
• Supervises employees, initiates disciplinary actions as needed, documents infractions.
• Reviews hospital policies and procedures, coordinates with Directors.
• Ensures patient care standards are followed and reports discrepancies.
