Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, night shift position. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications following physician orders and hospital protocols.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with medical staff, and maintain complete medical records while ensuring infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BSN preferred
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
• Fluent English required, good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, spiritual and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure infection control and safety standards.
