AdventHealth in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a night shift in Greenwood Village. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience.
• RN license currently active and in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS as applicable.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to document and coordinate care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
