Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license required (Registered Nurse).
- Experience in acute care setting preferred.
- BLS CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments safely per orders.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
- Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure teamwork.
- Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Monitor and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
- Respond to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions.
