Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced RN for the ED. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized care plans while administering medications per physician orders.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with medical teams, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality care environment on the night shift. Valid RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience required.
• Registered Nurse license required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in key dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize care.
