Job summary
AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift position. Qualifications
- RN license required (Registered Nurse)
- BLS certification required
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure safety
- Document patient information and care activities accurately
- Respond to code situations and participate in performance improvement activities
- Supervise and delegate care within the healthcare team
