Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using evidence-based practice within the California Nursing Practice Act. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families to promote self-care.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, California RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 3+ years to 5 years prior experience preferred; 1+ year to 2 years critical care preferred.

Responsabilités
