Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a 12-hour day shift. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and coordinate with the care team in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient data, teaching patients and families, and ensuring safety and quality in all nursing actions.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current CA RN License.
• AHA BLS Certification, ACLS.
• Relevant departmental certifications as required (e.g.: PALS, NRP).

Mansioni

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviewing, history taking, and physical assessment findings.
• Determine nursing diagnoses and plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Safely perform and document care plans in accordance with standards of care.
• Collaborate with other providers and educate patients and families for self-care.
