Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active California RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Relevant departmental certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interview, history and physical examination.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families.
• Document care plans and monitor patient responses and safety.
• Participate in meetings and support department strategies and patient experience standards.
