Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols where appropriate.
• Document in EHR accurately and maintain patient safety and communication.
