As an RN in this fast-paced setting, you will coordinate care using the nursing process, apply evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; not for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
