Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Full-Time third shift New Graduate Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will work 7p–7a in a three 12-hour shift schedule, participate in a nurse residency, and complete onboarding and competency validation.

Ideal candidates have ADN with BSN preferred, NCLEX-RN passed, and active RN license. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants, with robust benefits and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required upon hire.
• NCLEX-RN examination is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing and patient care during the first year of practice under guidance.
• Perform patient assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and escalate concerns as needed.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EHR.
