Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license/NCLEX-RN required upon hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Entry level with clinical rotations completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and patient care during the first year within a growing scope of competency.
• Work under the guidance of preceptors and experienced RNs to build clinical skills and judgment.
• Complete patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely; escalate concerns promptly.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR; participate in residency onboarding and competency validation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients and families.
