Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Full-time ED RN to perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans during night shifts. You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in nursing, RN licensure, BLS and TNCC certifications, and a minimum of 2 years ED experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in good standing.
• BLS and TNCC certifications required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ED assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
• Respond to code situations and participate in performance improvement activities.
