Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time RN for the Emergency Department on night shift to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in a fast-paced setting.

You will provide direct nursing care, implement and update care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• One year of current acute care RN experience and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience OR licensed military RN experience.
• Current RN license; BLS; ACLS and PALS on hire or within one year; TNCC/ENPC on hire or within 24 months.

• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

What You Will Do

Requirements

• Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience OR licensed military RN experience
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) upon hire or within one year of hire
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC – adult) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC – pediatric) upon hire or within 24 months of hire
