Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) at Clermont Hospital. The RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities include prioritizing patient status, coordinating care across departments, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient-focused nursing care.
• Assess patient status and determine priority of problems in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Develop and revise care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Serve as a point of contact for care coordination across departments.
