Job summary

The role requires an Arizona RN license and certifications including BLS and ACLS; PALS, CEN, and TNCC are preferred. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and promote efficient throughput in a high-volume ED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in Emergency Department or ICU; 2 years preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license in the state.
• Required certifications include BLS and ACLS; PALS, CEN, and TNCC are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, adaptability, and excellent customer service and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, delegate, and exercise independent judgment to deliver safe, effective, and individualized bedside care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise healthcare team members, participate in hourly rounding, and ensure adherence to safety and work guidelines.
• Promote efficient patient throughput and support workflow in a high-volume environment.
