Job summary

Advocate Health Lake Norman Emergency Department in Cornelius, NC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care during 7a-7p shifts. This full-time role (36 hours per week) offers a collaborative environment where nurses work closely with physicians across specialties to deliver safe, high-quality care and improve the patient experience.

Required: accredited nursing program completion, current RN license in state, BLS certification, ACLS within 6

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS are required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
