Zusammenfassung

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care plans.

Additional duties may be assigned within scope. Education: Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred; Licensure: Active RN license and BLS;

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document patient status; follow infection control standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently and within a group.
