Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc., may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and document conditions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, weekends and holidays.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians on patient care.
• Perform additional duties within scope as assigned.
