Job summary

Tucson Medical Center’s Rincon Emergency Department seeks skilled registered nurses to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will triage, stabilize, and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff to ensure timely treatment for diverse emergencies.

Open 12‑hour shifts, you’ll receive onboarding, ongoing development, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for ED nurses with two years of experience.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Active RN license in Arizona and BLS certification required.
• Ability to read 12-lead EKG.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status in the Rincon Emergency Department.
• Perform rapid triage, stabilization, and coordination with care teams.
• Review shift reports, document care plans, and ensure patient safety.
• Notify physicians of unusual events and escalate as needed.
• Educate patients and families, and reinforce discharge instructions.
