Northwest Healthcare invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team in the Marana/Oro Valley area. This full-time, mid-shift role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible, experienced RNs and a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting, coordinating with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RN Emergency Department experience required.
• RN license (state licensure/compact) required.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to perform rapid assessments and provide age-appropriate care.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop care plans.
• Perform procedures within competency and scope.
• Respond to emergencies and support CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
