Responsabilidades

• Register patients into the system via face-to-face interaction or documents brought by the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and record demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data accurately.
• Obtain signatures and required payer documents for treatment and billing.
• Answer phones and route calls; maintain patient tracking and filing in Cerner/registration systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and complete required trainings.
