Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Preferred.
• 4-6 years healthcare revenue cycle experience Required.
• 2 years supervisory or leadership experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work performance and make recommendations for hiring, promotions, demotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Manage time cards and scheduling of work hours.
• Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly patient access reports and submit to Executive Director Patient Access.
• Supervise the multiple facets of patient access services.
• Ensure departmental processes meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, development, and coaching of team members.
• Communicate departmental, organization, and industry information to staff.
• Oversee the department’s operational excellence and financial resource utilization.
• Recruit and onboard team members until self-sufficient.
