Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced public health or revenue cycle setting preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, collections and preregistration basics.
• Ability to understand medical terminology and HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Complete varied duties to support revenue cycle, registration and patient throughput.
• Meet individual collection goals while ensuring quality patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care during registration.
• Work weekends, holidays and during disasters as essential staff.
