Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare experience helpful.
• Three to five years of healthcare experience recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces training and education for scheduling and registration staff.
• Assists with staff training and communicates schedule changes and audit results.
• Escalates patient care barriers to department leadership when needed.
• Tests and supports Patient Access software upgrades and workflows.
• Prepares monthly staff productivity reports and maintains audit logs.
• Optimizes Resource Scheduling and Registration in coordination with management.
• Assists with organizational procedures and policy updates.
