Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently while ensuring required patient consent and compliance documentation is completed.
• Utilize multiple systems and interfaces and cross-train team members to support multiple Patient Access areas.
• Maintain service excellence for patients and visitors through professional face-to-face and telephonic interactions.
• Assist with the on-call rotation and staffing needs for the assigned area while maintaining patient privacy per HIPAA.
