Join the Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital team as a Paramedic in the Emergency Department. This PRN role supports critical care with rapid assessment and treatment for patients presenting with injuries and illnesses, night shifts, and a fast-paced environment—based in Mentor, Ohio.

You will work under the supervision of an RN, perform EKGs, CPR, phlebotomy, suctioning, and monitor patients. Required Ohio EMTP licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS; ITLS preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited EMS‑Paramedic Training Program.
• Current licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician‑Paramedic (OH EMTP).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications per AHA/Red Cross.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department under RN supervision.
• Obtain and record vital signs and monitor patients.
• Perform EKGs, CPR, phlebotomy and suctioning as needed.
• Initiate cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy and saline locks.
• Assist with equipment setup and with sterile procedures.
• Transport patients and specimens between areas.
