Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with leadership exposure.

• Oversees delivery of evidence-based patient care in the ED.
• Manages budget, staffing plans, and resources to meet objectives.
• Leads process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety across the unit.
