Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure evidence-based patient care and nursing process adherence.
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate unit patient care delivery.
• Coordinate staffing and staffing plans for ED operations.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in hospital committees and Shared Governance.
