Qualifications

• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN guidance in ED.
• Report changes or concerns to the nurse promptly.
• Deliver high level customer service to patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in records.
• Use professional communication with healthcare team.
• Transmit PerfectServ notifications to physicians as required.
