Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ED operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Supervises nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and policies.
• Collaborates with Director and teams to achieve quality, safety, and operational goals.
• Coordinates with physicians and hospital leadership to optimize patient throughput and bed management.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and staffing issues, providing decisive leadership.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to all policies.
