Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of forward-facing customer experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, provide directions and screen guests.
• Assist with safe, efficient first impressions and circulating rounds in surgical waiting areas as needed.
• Communicate clearly with patients, guests and care teams; escalate concerns as appropriate.
