Winchester Hospital is seeking an ED Patient Family Liaison to improve patient flow and the overall patient/family experience. The liaison greets patients and visitors, assists with pre-registration, provides non-clinical support, monitors wait times, communicates updates, escorts patients, and helps create a welcoming environment. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: prior customer service or healthcare setting. Preferred: knowledge of EPIC.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior customer service and/or experience in a health care setting.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and hospital staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent decision‑making skills.
