Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and/or healthcare setting required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients and staff.
• Preferred: Knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in the Emergency Department and assist with pre-registration.
• Provide non-clinical support, monitor wait times and communicate updates to patients and families.
• Escort patients as needed and help create a welcoming environment in the ED.
