Job summary

The role oversees teams, budgets, and regulatory compliance while driving performance improvements.

The incumbent will partner with physicians and hospital leadership to support patient-centered care, enhance patient flow, outcomes, and satisfaction, and foster innovation and professional growth

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in emergency services operations and team management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, quality, and safety requirements.
• Budgeting and staffing management experience.
