Job summary

MEP Health in Texas seeks a Director of Emergency Services to lead a high-acuity, patient-centered ED. You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with physicians and hospital leadership to drive patient safety, throughput, and experience, lead evidence-based practice, and develop teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
