Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited graduate school with a master's degree.
• Virginia license or eligibility as APRN/PA.
• Current BLS required; PALS/NRP as required; ACLS as required.
• Credentialing and licensing with UVA Health System and boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader within the ED care team.
• Support collaboration across physicians, APPs, nurses, trainees, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient throughput, and documentation initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive emergency care across Main ED, Observation Unit, and RME.
• Engage in scheduling flexibility to meet 24/7 operational needs.
