Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Register or activate patient accounts accurately and timely.
• Obtain signatures for consent forms and insurance documents.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect deductibles and co-pays at admission.
• Escort patients to appropriate departments and ensure proper test sequencing.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, staff, and hospital information.
• Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
