Job summary

Region Ten CSB in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Program Manager II to manage a 24-hour behavioral health crisis assessment and intervention program. The role reports to the Director III for Emergency Services and involves occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating Mandatory Outpatient Treatment, conducting trainings, representing the Emergency Services Center in community meetings, and liaising with other Region Ten programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited program sufficient for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LSATP).
• At least five years of experience in behavioral health with a focus on crisis work.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 24-hour program providing behavioral health crisis assessment and intervention.
• Supervise the coordination of Mandatory Outpatient Treatment at the CSB level.
• Represent Emergency Services Center in community meetings and liaise with Region Ten programs.
• Conduct trainings and presentations with stakeholders and coordinate with community partners.
• Function with initiative and in accordance with Region Ten policies.
