Job summary

McCabe Restoration, an Endurant Disaster Recovery company, is seeking an Emergency Services Specialist I - Contents to support the recovery of residential and commercial properties. This role involves assessing, documenting, packing-out, cleaning, and restoring contents with care and professionalism throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of contents restoration and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls involving property contents affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages.
• Conduct detailed assessments and inventories of damaged contents to determine restoration or replacement needs.
• Coordinate and execute contents pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back processes in accordance with industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for insurance claims and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all phases of emergency response and restoration.
