This role is responsible for assessing, documenting, packing, cleaning, and restoring affected contents while ensuring items are handled with care and professionalism throughout the recovery process.

Working closely with property owners, insurance representatives, and restoration teams, the Emergency Services Specialist I helps minimize property loss and accelerate recovery efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service during challenging situations, while maintaining safety, quality, and industry standards in every project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of contents restoration and emergency response procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
